Over the years, Heather played a crucial role in problem-solving and executing projects for top tier finance, media, and insurance firms; she also concentrates her effort to align with her clients and business partners in achieving successful outcomes. As Vega Global's Director for Digital Workplace Solutions, Heather works with leading technology manufacturers and providers, in designing and delivering fit-for-purpose digital workplace solutions based on the client's business requirements, office footprint, and workplace strategy. Her field of expertise includes sensor solutions, one-touch video conferencing, COVID-19 ready technology solution, self-service reception, AI tools, and applications, interactive touch screens, content management, dashboards, and portal reporting.
