As a Director overseeing a team of Program Managers, I bring experienced enthusiasm that sets a standard for leading, motivating, and growing my team and the organization. In addition, I create alignment between teams and departments through coordination and communication of projects and processes. My ability to keep everything moving is born from my hyper-organization skills that I have taught to many. And with my education as an Executive MBA, my goal is to bring strategy and vision to a Vice President role herding leaders instead of cats!
