I enjoy working with technical teams and championing both their needs and the needs of the customer. I have managed release cycles, stakeholder expectations, project risks, and dependencies across teams. I am an excellent communicator, a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and an active doer. I seek to be heard, make a difference, and act in the best interests of the business and its customers. I enjoy being autonomous in my work and championing change where needed while building strong, bespoke relationships with my peers across the business. I am organised and disciplined in my approach while maintaining the flexibility required in technical teams and the wider business. I value feedback and encourage regular reviews of all content in a way that works for each person or team. I ensure that appropriate metrics are integral to the deliverables, where applicable, and that I obtain and share the value from them.
