Long experience in different Project/Program management roles managing successfully large multi-national and -cultural embedded SW projects. Worked in 3 different countries (Finland, UK and US) and been responsible for all the main tasks of program management including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, testing and delivery. Used SAFe concepts and methods to improve SW development process in different organization layers. Led teams to incubate new features and functionalities to cellular network and demonstrated them directly to customers in on-site demos and conference exhibitions. Used modern agile methods and processes (Scrum) in SW teams. Hands-on operational leader with extensive experience working with multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors.
