Focused on improving employee experience, I look for any opportunity to reinvent the way we do HR. I dive into business to build and adapt HR strategy with an ongoing objective to foster a learning organisation ready to face a more and more complex market. I believe that digital evolution in HR must serve an employee and manager centric approach as well as gaining insights and efficiency through better data management .
