Leader of Retail Climate & Sustainability for BCG. ~13 years experience focused on Climate & Sustainability in Retail, foodservice, CPG, financial services and tech. Specialized in transformation, business model innovation, value creation. Core member of global Consumer C&S team. Experience across >20 climate, sustainability and societal impact projects covering all material topics in Consumer including ESG strategy, decarbonization, circularity, supplier scope 3, owned brands & customer journies, and regenerative agriculture. Prior to BCG, worked at Procter & Gamble in the UK as an Account Manager for some of the largest UK retailers, and as an Innovation Scientist in the R&D department.
