I get energy out of understanding what drives people and help them to achieve their personal goals. Organising teams and creating an open learning environment together create business successes gives me infinite pleasure. I believe in setting targets as a team, creating enthusiasm and expressing a ‘can do attitude’ to achieve results. Applying the newest technologies and especially deep learning has my strong interest. I enjoy working with open-minded international colleagues in a fast-paced complex technology environment with a substantial market growth potential. I'm very proud of our team of highly motivated colleagues, the joy we get out of our succeses and also of providing the best possible deep learning algorithms for our customers / partners who are globally leading in their industry.
