After some 20 years working on Financial Markets in 7 different countries, I am comfortable with working in rapidly evolving landscape with uncertainties and under pressure. I am a creative problem solver and idea generator currently working previously as digital assets initiative lead in the innovation department of ING and currently Partner at Investcorp (in charge of the blockchain fund). My strong technological/analytical skills and business savvy character excels in the innovation and entrepreneurship environment. I have a successful experience on leading operational project team from scratch to production on blockchain/DLT/Digital Assets supported by my high motivation to get things done, great level of energy and optimism. I mentored startups at StartupBootcamp and Kickstarter and joined various hackathons. I demonstrated thought leadership in different work group (EBF, EBA, R3 DAWG, EU Blockchain forum, World Economic Forum …) and participated in conferences as speaker/panelist (like Consensus). I also co-chaired the Custody working group of GDF (Global Digital Finance).
