I bring a mathematician’s rigor and a truth-seeker’s spirit to today’s most vexing questions about authenticity, success, leadership, and human potential. My newly-published book, ''Inner Mastery, Outer Impact,'' delves into my 15-year journey into researching and teaching scientific principles of success in life and leadership as a Professor at Columbia Business School and Co-Founder of the Mentora Institute. In 2011, I founded Mentora Institute, where we are helping organizations grow their purpose, people and performance by developing leaders at all levels; in 2022, we launched Mentora Foundation, where we're developing Changemakers who will strengthen the moral, mental and spiritual fibers in their families, communities, organizations and nations, beginning with their own self. Previously, my work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, CNN, BBC, Forbes, Inc., Fortune, Psychology Today, The Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
