I have deep technical expertise from 25+ years delivering data and AIML platforms - starting with data warehousing moving to big data then cloud and open source capabilities. These data ecosystems enable production-ready, at-scale solutions for Customer personalisation, business optimisation, and operational efficiency. Increasingly, the combination of AIML technologies and data, including Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, computer vision, dynamic pricing, and deep learning, enable significant business outcomes such as Digital Twins that create higher employee engagement and generate millions in savings from higher asset and labor utilisation. Companies are increasingly prioritising digital transformation and investing in technologies such as AIML (artificial intelligence, machine learning,) and the Internet of Things to create value for Customers.
