Holly Zheng has over 20 years of experience as a global business executive as well as a board member and advisor to early stage and growth companies. She currently serves as the Executive Chairwoman of BlueFocus International, vice Board Director of Plus Company, a global marketing and branding holding group. Prior to that, she held various management positions at Marvell Technologies, NXP Semiconductors and Cisco, focusing on sales, marketing and corporate development . Holly's personal strength covers the field of digital transformation, new media and disruptive business models. she leads at the intersection between technology and branding, east (China) and west (US). Passionate about people, talents, Diversity and Inclusion, she focuses on building and leading an organization with purpose and impact. Holly got her education in both US and China; and has worked in Asia, Europe and US. Holly is also an adjunct professor at University of Southern California.
