With almost 30 years of experience at Shell and significant experience in manufacturing, I am driven to support performance units across value chains safely achieve their full potential in delivering shareholder value, reducing carbon emissions and respecting nature. I am Executive Vice President for Safety, Environment and Asset Management based in the Netherlands. Over the course of my career, I have worked at chemicals plants and refineries across Europe, US and Asia as well as broadening roles in Human Resources, Merging Acquisitions &Divestments and Major Projects.
