Software professional with decades of​ experience working with and for FTSE-100 companies to deliver mission-critical and performant software under pressure in a company that grew from 40 to 700 employees, and global financial institutions. Proven track record of delivering and pro-actively improving and transforming software and services in technical, managerial and leadership capacities while building effective relationships with customers and third parties. I'm as comfortable dealing with everything from operational management issues to system archicture analysis right down to line-by-line code. Continually improving skills-set through self-study outside work, I am strongly motivated by technical and intellectual challenges and contribute to open source projects in my spare time.
