Having worked with Maersk for over 11 years, I am currently working as a Senior Portfolio Manager in Maersk Growth which invest and partner with startups to digitise, democratise and decarbonise supply chains. Here I work closely with both the companies we invest and partner with, as well as internal colleagues across the Maersk business to promoting external innovation and enable operational and commercial collaborations opportunities. My career has taken me through a variety of fields in Commercial, Business Development and larger Strategic Transformation projects such as integration of Mergers and Acquisitions. It has also provided a broad international experience including Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions across South East Asia, tender and contract negotiations in Qatar and the Middle East; stakeholder relations strategies across Europe, agile development of IT solutions, Clean technology innovation in Brazil & trading of financial instruments in Norway. Common for all previous roles have been a strong focus on customers, continuous improvement, business development & stakeholder engagement.
