Having previously worked in investment and asset management in the banking sector (Hansapank), I always dreamt of becoming an entrepreneur who makes a difference. At 30 years old, I co-founded Capital Mill with the idea of transforming the real estate investment sector in Estonia and in the Baltics. Twelve years as the CEO of Capital Mill have given me deep industry knowledge of business management for unlocking the potential of real asset investments globally. We have created the edgiest buildings and boldest environments in the Baltics. I like to think that the real success of Capital Mill lies in the power of what our team can do while making our dreams come true. When I’m not doing business, I enjoy spending my free time fishing and being in nature, as it helps me reboot my mind. I like to start my days with an element of spirituality. Meditation and writing are keys to collecting my thoughts. In business, my philosophy is that you have to know why you are doing what you are doing. The idea is the foundation, and you have to believe in it. My goal is to create value for investors as every time I develop my personal skills. I enjoy every moment of my work.
