My experience spans across various sized organisations from Global FTSE 250 to Global Startups, with 15+ years digital Marketing Experience. Currently working on an exciting insurtech providing Business Insurance fully online in the UK whilst expanding globally our footprint! I've worked in the finance/insurance sector in leadership/transformation roles for the past 6 years. In the past I worked in a unique 2 sided market role where demand and supply were crucial as well as Location and Service. Overall I have a great experience on full marketing lifecycle especially over-indexing in acquisition through paid channels (Paid Search - PPC -, SEO, Display (Prospecting and Remarketing, Paid Social etc), but also CRM, Customer insight by supporting KPIs, analysing and forecasting and automating end to end processes to improve efficiencies, planning optimising campaigns and growth and proving true ROI with incrementality testing and proving the right attribution. I'm very experienced working in matrix organisations, scale ups, start ups. I'm specialising in expansion to new markets (with successful launches in USA, Brazil, EMEA (including Italy, Spain, France and other smaller and APAC Emerging Markets)
