Ina has guided senior executives and leaders on the topics of talent, workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership, learning, organizational design, culture and change management, which she combines with her expertise in organization effectiveness, design thinking, group dynamics and human-centered design. She has held various leadership roles in both services and industries, and is currently the leader of the Workforce Mobility practice, focusing on helping companies create dynamic Talent Marketplaces for their employees.
