I am a driven and ambitious leader within business and technology transformation, with specialist and in-depth knowledge of applied and adaptive technology underpinning service and culture change, accountable for delivering £15m savings portfolios, CEO advisory and delivering change at pace. Passionate for supporting organisations on their end-to-end journey of culture led change, I have spent in excess of 10 years focusing on how best to promote positive change in the workplace and am passionate about how the intelligent application of technology and digital can facilitate this evolution. With an authentic leadership style, I pride myself on my combined understanding of people (their appetite and capabilities to use technology); services; customers and organisational imperatives as well as my in depth knowledge of how to use technology and digital to underpin peak performance, to embed long-lasting transformation that will benefit staff and residents. Ability to turn vision and strategy into achievable delivery plans, with experience in delivering successful programmes in multiple areas of local government. In addition, I am a qualified project, programme, portfolio and change manager with extensive local government experience, with additional experienced gained working for various shared services. In 2021, I completed a MSc in Public Leadership & Management at the University of Birmingham.
