Passionate, strategic, entrepreneurial and creative. I love people. I shape creative hiring strategies to ensure candidates from all backgrounds and skill sets are provided opportunities to deliver and thrive. Currently leading on the Early and Creative Talent, I work on strategy, recruitment and programmes that provide opportunity for people to bring different skillsets to the table, building diversity of thought and output. I spend my spare time working with young people who have been excluded from mainstream education. In 2022, I founded FLAARE, a CIC that empowers young people by connecting them with creative brands and experiences to build workplace skills for future success.
