Structure partnerships and joint ventures with strategics and other parties. Invest across the capital structure including below investment grade debt, mezzanine, preferred securities, and private equity. Active portfolio management. Board member of several companies in the US, Canada, and Europe including P3 transportation, transportation, and digital communications infrastructure assets. Manage a $2+ billion of direct, co-investment and LP private equity portfolio. Transaction size range: $25MM-$300MM+ Public speaking engagements.
