Highly experienced startup veteran with a proven track record in recruitment, operations, leading teams and building out startups. MBA Graduate from Imperial Business School 2020. Proven business development, relationship builder and working with C-suite stakeholders. Originally from Ireland, but living in London for nearly 20years. My career started in brand marketing at Pernod Ricard, working for the Jameson Irish Whisk(e)y team. My clear strength was building teams, which led me to recruitment; spending 10+years in talent acquisition and people strategy in FinTech and Financial Services. With an entrepreneurial and startup mindset, I founded a HR/Recruitment Tech platform in 2015, which was later integrated into a leading consulting company. Extremely active in the London Tech scene, I have mentored and been involved in startups with a special interest in HRTech, Cryptocurrency and Blockchain.
