Helping Truelayer to identify and create opportunities within payments regulation. Truelayer builds technology that allows third party applications to access user's financial data (with their consent) and initiate payments securely. Former policy adviser at UK banking regulator, the FCA. Led work to create the FCA's approach to regulating firms under the Revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2). Led the FCA's team assessing banks' readiness for open banking, focusing on open banking interfaces (APIs) and customer journeys.
