Bio

A member of the ever expansive international community in geospatial sciences and land surveying dedicated to learning from, supporting, educating, and uplifting individuals in the field and related fields including our partners, clients, associates, and the public. I have particular interest and professional involvement in applications of small uncrewed aerial systems photogrammetry and lidar with the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) as UAS Division Director. I am also pursuing professional licensure in land surveying in California in San Diego with a current L.S.I.T. certification committed to the safety and well-being of the general public and those members of our local communities. I am passionate about communication in the geospatial sciences. In my current role as UAS Division Director at the national level of ASPRS I am leading an effort to publish a UAS best practices and guidelines in both photogrammetry and lidar as an addendum to updated ASPRS Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data.
