Bio

After receiving my PhD in physics I've started my carreer with KPN. During my first years I researched the topic of Artificial Intelligence and its applicability within customer facing departments in the operator. Since then I've held several management positions in KPN's business units. Ranging from process & system development and implementation in BU Carrier Services, to network and IT architecture development for the division fixed line services. After several years in operations managing networks, IT OSS and service platforms I 've made 4G very successful for KPN due to the ultra-fast roll-out of the 4G network in NL. After rolling out the network I've made mobile service quality deliverd to our customers and new business development like LORA and mobile commerce the focal point for my department. I've been 1 year the leader of our Service Platforms organisation where e.g. we made KPN's IP TV services the frontrunner in TV developments in the Netherlands and worldwide. Currently I'm helding the position of EVP Products B2B market where product innovation, rationalisation and quality management are my main topics to work on. Main objective is to have the most modern portfolio with the highest NPS for all our business market customers.
