Bio

I am currently Director for our family-owned manufacturing, export and retail business, Coffee Traders Limited. Prior to this, I had over 26 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, 20 of which she spent with Scotia Group Jamaica Limited. I have lead different divisions throughout my career, including Treasury, Finance, Administration, Insurance, Risk Management and Compliance. My final role at Scotia was as Chief Executive Officer, where I lead the strategic direction and profitable growth of the operations in Jamaica, with oversight of four other countries in the Caribbean from October 2013 to October 2017, with proven success as a catalyst for change and driver of results. I sat on the Boards of Scotia Group Jamaica and its subsidiaries and the Pension Fund for several years, and have gained significant experience in Board and corporate governance.
