Bio

An experienced leader of highly effective teams. I have a diverse set of skills developed from experiences ranging from early-stage startups, entrepreneurship, to consulting and coaching at large enterprises. I have a deep technical understanding, with the ability to quickly learn and become an indispensable part of any team, balanced with a passion for understanding and developing the potential of the people I work with. I live by the words of the wise Antoine de Saint-Exupery: “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up the men to gather wood, divide the work and give orders. Instead, teach them to yearn for the vast and endless sea.” Specialties: Leadership, Agile Coaching, Scrum, XP, Technical Excellence, Team Building, Organizational Transformation
