Bio

My whole career has been focused around IT Service Delivery with a major focus on Unix/Linux Systems Administration, Cloud DevOps and Pre-Sales Engineering. I will help you maintain highly available, highly scalable applications while providing excellent, world-class customer service. I am an extremely curious person who likes to research modern theories and techniques for operational efficiencies. I also use an integral approach to problem solving, crossing disciplines of core science fundamentals, emerging science theories, mathematics, music, art and everyday people watching. I consider myself to be pretty laid back, but work very well under pressure and take pride in being able to keep a level head under adverse situations.
