After serving in an expansive spectrum of leadership roles at the largest semiconductor manufacturer in the world, Intel Corporation, I'm using my experience, perspective, and leadership acumen to help others to realize their greatest potential and live their dreams. I'm passionate about coaching and leadership, working with and helping executives and emerging leaders overcome challenges and realize personal and professional growth. I have a unique perspective, having thrived in complex corporate enterprise systems, new business initiatives, and digital transformation programs. Since 2012, I've coached dozens of emerging leaders Inside of Intel and, as of 2023, established a full-time leadership coaching practice.
