Jacob has over 20 years of experience as a solutions architect in systems and application planning, analysis, design, and implementation. He has performed business requirement collection and analysis, systems design and documentation, build out of system infrastructure, and system operations and maintenance. As a cloud architect, he has worked with customers to develop their technical expertise and capacity, while also collaborating on key engagements. He has lead proof-of-concept projects, workshops, and application migration projects focusing on key customer solutions such as web applications, enterprise applications, and DevOps.
