His former experience has been demonstrated as the former Chief Operating Officer for US Agencies in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Vice President of Customer Operations for Cox Communications, Inc. and former Vice President of Customer Operations for Comcast of Tallahassee, Florida. James’ expertise in Call Center Change Management was formalized with his training on Malcolm Baldrige criteria with AT&T in Jacksonville, Florida. His expertise in building and optimizing processes in Call Center Operations has produced award winning results. The impacts of these results have ranked the City of Tallahassee as the number one public utility in America and recipient of the coveted, Malcolm Baldrige Sterling Award. James is also a veteran of the United States Army, Military Intelligence Division. He is a member of the National Urban League, 100 Black Men, NAACP and a profound believer in principle-centered, service leadership. James hails from Jacksonville, Florida but now proudly resides in Tallahassee, Florida.
