A seasoned leader with over 25 years experience working across multiple sectors and for the last 16 years operating at senior management level. My focus has always been on how technology can drive real business outcomes when the right people work in the right way. Currently at Mobysoft I am leading one of the best agile technology teams I have ever worked with, delivering tech for good into the social housing sector. I developed top level digital strategy for the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster and contributed to a corporate turnaround from bust to boom. I ran an organisation with full personnel and fiscal accountability and managed relationships with vendors where I had to look after ITV’s interests. I am a recognised expert in Agile delivery and have proven over many years how governance can still be applied to support business and financial planning.
