I am a visionary, strategic and positively disruptive Chief People Officer, known for building strong and collaborative partnerships with board-level and C-suite leaders to deliver innovative enterprise-wide solutions. I am currently consulting with, amongst others, The Nottingham Building Society supporting the CEO on strategy implementation, operating rhythm, ExCo development and strategic people planning, and helped the CPO with a new People Strategy, Leadership Expectations and delivering an HR Momentum Plan. I am open for permanent, interim or consulting assignments for companies who are looking to drive performance through people and who put purpose, pragmatism and delivery ahead of process or policy. I have a high impact record in a range of sectors in organisations of varying scales and with different operating models, including regulated financial services and technology firms, start-ups, global FTSE-businesses and high-growth, entrepreneurial, private equity-backed businesses. I am internationally experienced and culturally savvy, having lived and worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and the United States, and French speaking. I'm an expert at designing, leading and embedding agile and transformational change in complex global businesses, including digital, cultural and sustainability programmes. I'm particularly proud that the NetZeroYou2 programme, for which I was Executive Sponsor at Swiss Re, won Best CSR/ESG Initiative at the 2022 Business Culture Awards and Best Employee Initiative at the 2022 ESG Awards, not just because of the impact the initiative had on our colleagues and our planet, but because it championed a different way of doing change - that was purposeful, people-centric, co-created, genuinely iterative and that challenged the status quo! As a purposeful, motivational and empowering leader, I combine high energy and focus to inspire and enable teams to drive sustainable business growth. I'm passionate about unlocking the potential of organisations, teams and individuals to thrive in a digital world. I have appeared on podcasts talking about purpose, talent, sustainability and performance management and have been a guest speaker at numerous conferences and events including the Insurance Innovators Summit, HR Excellence Conference, Digital Innovation EU Summit, Evanta CHRO Conference, Critical Eye Retreat, the Insurance Skills Summit and the Future of Work Exchange. I have been a regular judge for the Business Culture Awards.
