I currently work as a Senior Propositions Manager in Fidelity's RPD (Rapid Product Development) team. The team is responsible for identifying, validating and realising new, leading-edge platform and product opportunities. RPD has a strong focus on developing competitive, compliant, operationally efficient and scalable solutions, and exists to turn aspirational ideas into products that add measurable value to the core business and end user.
