I have 27 years of leadership, technical experience, humorous one liners and guitar shredding skills. I have demonstrated a history of developing a vision, forming teams, mentoring, coaching, and achieving results. I’ve commanded at multiple levels in support of the White House and US Army. I am most passionate about taking care of people, leader development, and mentoring, which has enabled me to solve unique problems. I currently hold a US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance with a previous YW identifier for White House access. A charismatic leader and strategic thinker with widespread knowledge in critical Army initiatives in Information Technology, Enterprise Services, Talent Management, Cyber Security, Management and Operations. I am skilled in adaptive leadership, team building, communication, strategic planning, high stakes negotiations, and culture change. Back in the day I was a distinguished Military Graduate of Norwich University, the Military College of Vermont. I am a firm believer that you can be a professional while still being “you”...and I have dozens of heavy metal concert ticket stubs to prove it. I am seeking Program Management, Business Development, and Leader Development roles in the greater Washington DC, Northern VA area.
