I am a success based executive with 20 years of experience building companies from a sales, market access, and external validation standpoint. It is an honor to be the CEO of Rx-360 and work side by side with a dedicated membership base to enhance to world of Pharmaceutical/Medical Device supply chain security and protect patient safety. It has truly been a pleasure during my career to work with very talented individuals and teams at companies such as OrthoForge, VNUS Medical, Vascular Insights, LipoScience, Novasys Medical,and Doctor Evidence. My strategic vision, as well as my roll up the sleeves mentality, is creative and has been proven as a best practice in achieving both short and long term goals. These core abilities and beliefs have resulted in being a key member of executive leadership teams that have driven towards and successfully completed both high yield acquisitions and public offerings. As an individual contributor, operating both domestically and in international markets I have successfully built and managed sales/business development teams that have exceeded growth expectations. In the area of market access, I have successfully garnered medical coverage policy nationally for medical device and diagnostic products/procedures both with commercial and government entities. I have authored CPT codes which resulted in increased fee schedules versus competitive products. I have also managed key opinion leader and advisory boards for multiple companies that resulted in published consensus papers and treatment guidelines. As a Executive I thrive on driving to the next level, with the mindset that employees are all part of the same collaborative team. This mindset and mission ultimately provides a return for all stakeholders.
