I lead the Applied AI & Discovery team for Comcast. The team is responsible for the Xfinity Voice Remote, Comcast’s Content Discovery and Media Analytics services, the AI for Connected Living, AI for Customer Care initiatives as well as the AI/ML and Experimentation technical platforms. Specialties: • Expertise in creating innovative solutions for large-scale machine learning problems especially involving deep learning • proficient in designing and developing large-scale real-time computer vision, natural language understanding and recommendation/data analysis software using micro-services (C/C++, Python, Java, and Scala) • experienced in managing research projects, interacting with customers, and leading teams to deliver data and AI/ML-driven products that delight customers.
