The tax team of our Employment & Benefits group assists domestic and multinational clients on a broad range of employment related tax matters. This includes wage tax and social security advice on compensation & benefits policies, equity incentives, cross-border employment, M&A transactions and dispute resolution. With our employment tax team we aim for long-term relationships with our clients. This enables us to even better understand our clients' actual needs and concerns and to provide tailor-made, pragmatic solutions thereto. And, as a personal note, it is simply more fun to work with people you know well.
