I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. As Managing Partner at Real Ventures, Canada's preeminent early-stage venture capital firm, I lead the Firm and invest in early-stage, Canadian-based tech companies. In addition, I am committed to developing the Canadian tech ecosystem. I am co-chair of C100 and on the Boards of Communitech in Waterloo and Vector Institute in Toronto. My background includes deep operating experience (P&G, eBay), entrepreneurial success (Kijiji), and management consulting (McKinsey) work.
