Well-connected with legal and corporate professionals in the Greater China region, ASEAN, UK, Europe and US, I advise extensively on cross-border matters, with particular focus on major mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial litigation. Our clients range from government agencies, listed companies, multinational licensed financial corporations, award-winning startups to trailblazers in fintech and crypto. I am the mastermind behind the award-winning and widely popular Startup Steward Programme as well as Virtual Legal Clinic, empowering entrepreneurs with bespoke legal solutions.
