Jared is a highly successful fintech, tech and marketplace CEO and investor with a reputation for driving rapid growth, profitability, and strong company culture. He is currently CEO of Cadre, a financial technology platform facilitating access to commercial real estate investment for the mass affluent. Cadre is backed by world class investors including Thrive, a16z, Khosla and General Catalyst. Prior to Cadre, Jared was Chief Executive Officer of OppFi, Inc (NYSE: OPFI), a financial technology platform that facilitates credit access for everyday consumers. Under his tenure as CEO, Jared led OppFi from 15 to 600 employees, $8mm to $400mm revenue, and $0mm to $60mm GAAP net income. Prior to OppFi, Jared was co-founder and EVP of Insureon, the leading online agency for small business insurance. At Insureon, he helped the company achieve over 1,700% revenue growth while building its customer base to more than 175,000 small businesses. Before joining Insureon, Jared led financial services investing for Accretive LLC, a unique early-stage private equity firm that designs, funds and builds new businesses. Jared has been a strategic advisor for Sora, an automated finance tool that helps families across the U.S. obtain their best, personalized rates for new or current loans; and Cion Digital, focused on DeFi companies. He started his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs and has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
