The Developer Experience pillar within Engineering Effectiveness aims to create a seamless and holistic experience for engineers @ Twitter through engagement and customer feedback. To drive an amazing experience for engineers we provide tier 1 support for engineering capabilities and varied term embedded engagements within our internal customer organizations. This level of engagement provides the Developer Experience organization with a unique opportunity to understand developers needs and values to help shape the roadmap. As we engage, we also evangelize our larger organizations, Engineering Effectiveness, best practices and the golden paths for tooling and processes. We are growing!
