As IBM’s Vice President for Digital Marketing, Jason Andrews says he’s “100% digital, 80% of the time.” He’s leading the transformation of IBM’s Marketing function into an end-to-end digital capability and putting the cultural, communications, and leadership rituals in place to ensure the transformation endures. In nearly twenty years of professional experience, Jason learned leadership, operational effectiveness and innovation practices as an Air Force officer and as an operations manager for United Airlines, Cintas and for a paper-shredding startup he co-founded, Nexcut. Jason also co-founded a political activation startup and consulted on strategic accounts for IBM’s Global Business Services. Jason graduated from the University of Georgia, where he double-majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science and returned to UGA to earn his MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Terry College of Business. That 20% of non-digital time? You’ll find Jason teaching himself a new hobby, planning his next startup, or traveling the world with his wife and infant son.
