Jason is the Chair of Morrison Cohen's Digital Assets Department and White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Practice Group. His practice focuses on cryptocurrency and blockchain, securities, commodities, futures and derivatives, and structured finance. CRYPTOCURRENCY AND BLOCKCHAIN Jason is one of America's leading cryptocurrency litigation and enforcement attorneys. He is Chambers-ranked for cryptocurrency litigation (as well as crypto assets generally), the principal author of the MoCo Cryptocurrency Litigation Tracker, and was named to the National Law Journal's inaugural list of 2018 Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Fintech Trailblazers.
