He previously held positions as president of generative-AI platform Persado, and partner and global co-leader of the digital growth practice at McKinsey & Co. Jason also founded one of the first digital agencies and digital transformation consultancies, both of which were acquired. He is a recognized digital and growth transformation leader and has led transformations for dozens of Fortune500 companies, private equity firms, and fast-growth tech companies. Jason is an active member of the advisory boards of numerous marketing technology, data, and AI companies, focused on creating value through customer engagement and personalization, and is a frequent keynote speaker and contributes to numerous publications.
