Marketing Leader who grows consumer brands in competitive categories. I build talented teams that continually improve execution, driven by integrated marketing strategies, compelling creative and collaboration. I like big challenges and working with smart people to solve them. Currently, I’m focused on improving our media effectiveness: more precise digital measurement and optimization, stronger audience profiles, and new tactics to drive more incrementality from paid search/display. I’m transforming and strengthening my team by recruiting and installing new leadership, implementing a new structure for more impactful omni-channel retail and e-com promotion, launching a newly created Digital Strategy & Integration team, and refining processes to improve collaboration across matrixed divisions globally. Prior, the ability to shepherd great creative, content and experiences that drive engagement and loyalty has helped me successfully launch new brands and revitalize mature iconic ones, while my operational prowess has enabled me to turn around underperforming divisions.
