I am supply chain obsessed and fortunate enough to be able to follow my passion. Experience is earned not given, and its experience that makes us more effective, valuable and impactful in solving today's logistics challenges. I am a seasoned commercial leader and have been a valuable contributing member of several very effective executive teams. Teams I lead are hyper-focused on delivering a phenomenal customer experience (CX) that is unparalleled in the third party logistics (3PL) space while delivering profit throughout the enterprise. As a leader of teams, I hire team members and develop individuals so that others desire to recruit them. Incentive drives behavior, so we've created simple incentives that align our team with our strategic goals.
