Partior is a a newly-created, blockchain-based clearing and settlement technology platform, and is a joint venture between investment company Temasek, and banks DBS and J.P. Morgan. Its genesis is in Project Ubin, a collaborative project between the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the financial industry to explore the use of blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) for clearing and settlement of payments and securities.
