Bio

After competing in 5 Olympic Games, and winning 4 Olympic Gold medals, I have transitioned to a speaking career. I love sharing my experiences of competing at the highest level for 17 years, and also sharing the many things I've learned about Consistency, Change & Adaptability, Creating a Successful Culture and the Importance of Diversity. I love to learn and I'm committed to creating and building new content that also builds on my education in Physical & Health Education and Business Management.
