Forming great working and personal relationships with my peers, colleagues, and competitors is very important to me. Working in this industry has allowed me to continue with this philosophy, and working in distribution has been beneficial. Working in the second tier has been an amazing opportunity to learn the relationship between Supplier and Distributor. I have been fortunate in my career to work for great companies and great people.
