Successful leader in Data and Business Analysis, including Digital Analytics for Web and Mobile platforms. My experience incorporates: • Managing the Digital Analytics reporting, dashboards, campaign management, marketing channel, and third-party relationships for analytics implementation and reporting for Kroger Personal Finance • Managing third-party vendors, like Evolytics, who handle the Adobe Analytics implementation guidance and initial reporting setup and support for Kroger Personal Finance • Managing Kroger’s Digital Analytics team to develop key dashboards for Executive Leadership, which included establishing key data connections through Big Data using tools like Hadoop, Alteryx, and Tableau • Co-managing third-party vendors like Rockfish Interactive who handled much of the early Adobe Analtyics implementation guidance for Kroger • Assuming the role of Senior Analyst to fulfill the highly emergent and immediate need on the Digital Analytics team for the Adobe Analytics implementation skillset formerly performed by Rockfish Interactive upon contract expiration • Collaboration with the Product Managers, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters in Kroger's Digital group to execute on delivering analytics tied to important features by providing direct guidance to the developer organization where necessary. Leadership is provided in this instance by giving guidance for how Adobe Analytics (Omniture) should be implemented on both customer-facing web and mobile platforms. These analytics are in turn used by the Digital organization to determine the level of engagement of its customers on its Digital properties and their conversion to making a purchase online or in the store.
